Storm health and fitness- Our vision is to use movement therapeutically to create spaces for our community to become stronger and healthier to create lasting positive change.
You can come to us if you want to get physically fit and make sustainable lifestyle changes. We do not offer quick fixes and we work holistically to coach our clients to help them get to where they want to be.

- Semi private Group training
- We also have the capacity to deliver workshops and group sessions for organisations delivering and discussing the benefits of fitness for our social and emotional well-being.

- Wayapa and mindfulness practices
For our training we work with everyone. We focus on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health however we want to create positive spaced in the community to welcome everyone to train and improve their quality of life.
