Entry Level Administration Opportunity x 2 – Short Term

Our client is currently digitising all organisational files and archives and looking for a driven and committed individual to take up this challenge. If you are looking for extra work or have a passion for data entry and record-keeping then this is the role for you.

Duties include:

  • e-filing and scanning all documents in the filing and archives rooms
  • Moving boxes with mechanical aids (no heavy lifting)
  • Scanning documents
  • Electronically filing scanned documents and renaming files.
