Project Coordinator (Construction)- Full Time

The Project Coordinator is responsible for day to day running of the site office including general maintenance, seating allocations, building related queries or issues, ordering office supplies and stationery, coordinating deliveries/couriers, processing mail, maintain the general tidiness of conference/meeting rooms and their booking registers, order and delivery catering, issuing security access passes, restock printer paper etc.

As a requirement of the role you will have a construction induction card and willing to complete a Pre-employment medical check.

Responsibilities

Maintenance and coordination of various support service registers:

  • Assist in site mobilisation / office establishment and site demobilisation
  • IT/Mobiles
  • Vehicles/Site Vehicles
  • Security/Site Keys
  • Building/Visitor
  • Raise purchase order requisitions as required, follow up orders, arrange for delivery of goods
  • Assist project team with meeting minutes client monthly reporting
  • Collation of dashboards and other administrative tasks as requested by Craigieburn Management Team
